Job Description

The RO Business Management Controller will review CAA business cases, ensure the consistency of P1 tools, and consolidate project performance reviews. This role involves providing regular analysis of project evolution to management, setting up tools to monitor project performance, and monitoring customer contributions. The controller will also support Operations in building business cases, validate quotations, and support R&D and Finance in financing submissions. Additionally, the role requires interfacing with projects, benchmarking costing, and performing ad-hoc analysis. The controller is expected to adhere to the Group Ethics & Compliance program.

Must Have:

Review business cases for accuracy and completeness.
Ensure the consistency of project management tools.

Review CAA business Case
Ensure consistency of P1 tools
Ensure the consolidation of the Project performance review (costing progress, Budget, resources…)
Provides regular analysis of project evolution to the management (explain variance vs. budget, month N-1 on all P&L and activity analysis lines)
Set up standard tool to monitor Project performance and Review with PM/platform project performance
Monitor the customer contributions, revenues related to specific projects
Support Operation in building business cases
Validate the quotation of new projects/evolution to customers
Support the R&D and Finance PG in the file submission for Financing (Fundings, CIR, revenues)
Interface with projects in the analysis of recharge (External/internal) – consistency with Budget/project NPA
Benchmarks and standardizes Costing
Punctual controlling action for R&D and Project
Achieves specific ad-hoc analysis
Contribute to Group Ethics & Compliance program by applying and respecting code of Ethics and Valeo’s policies.
