Job Description

Valeo is seeking a full-time Logistic Trainee who is proactive, responsible, flexible, and a self-learner, with a willingness to travel. The role involves supporting sites with the implementation of Transport Digitalization tools, including Transport Management System, and mapping current transport processes. Key tasks include preparing transport protocols, administering Supply Chain data lake, developing and maintaining Looker Studio queries, and setting up auto-updates for V5000 reports. The ideal candidate will have strong MS Office and Google Suite skills, some transportation knowledge, and data analysis expertise in Big Query, SQL, and Power BI.

Must Have:

Support the sites with implementation of Transport Digitalization tools, mainly implementation of Transport Management System.
Support the sites with the mapping of current process of transports management
Preparation of transport protocols - data consolidation from different sources (sites colleagues, suppliers, forwarders), real crosschecking of handling units dimensions
Support to the sites during implementation
Supply Chain data lake administration - data transfer monitoring and maintenance from all tools
Development of Looker studios queries and its maintenance for Supply Chain network
Set up auto update of V5000 report and add statistics - move it to looker
Good level of experience with MS Office (Excel,...)
Experience with Google suit tools and platform
Some knowledge about transportation
Data analyst skills - Big Query, SQL, Dashboarding - Power BI
English language on communicative level
Ability to work full-time
Ability to travel for 2 weeks in a row
Driver's license, active driver
