Job Description

As a Sales Account Manager, you will be a key customer-facing role, supporting the Sales team by validating and quoting engineering changes for an Energy Storage Silicon Valley customer. This involves working closely with Commercial, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams, reviewing data, and applying strong technical knowledge of automotive/wiring products to ensure accurate quotes and increase profitability. Daily tasks include managing purchase orders, quoting changes, resolving pricing discrepancies, and maintaining financial metrics.
Good To Have:
  • Engineering background with ability to read prints
  • Knowledgeable of vehicle wiring system designs and/or processes
Must Have:
  • Receive, review and upload PO’s
  • Quote engineering changes and additional operating costs
  • Responsible for financial metrics and maintaining low past dues on the account
  • Manage and resolve pricing discrepancies
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Bachelors degree terminated
  • +3 years of experience in sales
  • Strong English and Spanish communication skills, written and verbal
  • Technical awareness and problem solving methodologies
  • High energy, a passion for success, detail oriented
  • Self-starter, ability to manage multiple activities effectively without supervision
  • Ability to read and interpret large data sets through Excel

As Sales Account Manager on our team, you will: Key customer facing role supporting the Sales team through validating and quoting engineering changes on Energy Storage Silicon Valley customer. Working closely with the Commercial, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams, this candidate must have a keen eye for details while reviewing data and strong technical knowledge of automotive/wiring products and manufacturing processes, in order to challenge internal quotes for accuracy and provide proposals to save cost and increase profitability.

In your daily job you will:

  • Receive, review and upload PO’s
  • Quote engineering changes and additional operating costs
  • Responsible for financial metrics and maintaining low past dues on the account
  • Manage and resolve pricing discrepancies
  • Provide exceptional customer service

YOUR BACKGROUND

  • Bachelors degree terminated
  • +3 years of experience in sales
  • Strong English and Spanish communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Technical awareness and problem solving methodologies.
  • High energy, a passion for success, detail oriented.
