In this role, you will leverage your strong account management skills to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the delivery, installation, and post-installation phases of imaging systems. A key responsibility will be identifying and creating new business opportunities within the modality. You will be tasked with documenting key influencers, building long-term relationships for early and cross-modality penetration, and utilizing Philips business tools to understand customer needs. This involves designing tailored solutions, collaborating with internal departments to qualify opportunities, and translating solutions into compelling value propositions with a supporting pricing strategy.
Must have:
  • Identify and document all key influencers within your accounts.
  • Establish early and cross-modality penetration by building long-term relationships with key influencers.
  • Leverage Philips business tools to understand customer business needs and design a solution to address specific needs.
  • Work with internal departments to discover and qualify customer opportunities.
  • Translate the identified Philips solution into a value proposition and create a pricing strategy.
  • 5+ years of experience in medical sales (Imaging medical equipment systems).
  • 2+ years Account management experience.
  • Perseverant, proactive, and a strong sense of initiative with entrepreneurial drive.
  • Team approach.
  • Bachelor’s degree in sciences or related field.
  • Comfortable travelling and working independently.

Job Details

You're the right fit if:

  • You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience in medical sales (Imaging medical equipment systems)
  • Your skills include 2+ years Account management experience and perseverant, proactive and a strong sense of initiative with entrepreneurial drive; andteam approach
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in sciences or related field
  • You must be comfortable travelling and working independently

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This is an field based role.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position is $70,000 to $110,000 plus company/fleet car. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, DC Pension, Flex Dollars (for HSA/PSA/RRSP), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to the GTA**.
