The Sales Advisor (H&M Apparel Sales Staff) is responsible for providing the best customer experience that contributes to store sales and profit. As a Sales Advisor, you will always put the customer first, provide support, and share product and fashion knowledge. You will create an easy shopping environment for customers through store operations and garment care.
Also, share your knowledge and skills with team members, help each other when needed, and build a positive work environment.
It is important to be a team player with a proactive and helpful approach that promotes cooperation and collective success.
Possess a positive mindset, be enthusiastic, optimistic, and highly motivated when interacting with colleagues and customers.

Employment contract period: Fixed-term labor contract (part-time)
Probationary period: 3-6 months (salary and working hours during probation: same as after adoption)
Place of employment: (Immediately after hiring) H&M (Aeon Mall Itami Koya store), or other stores as presented.
(Scope of change) Sales and company-specified duties at the head office.
Working hours: Shift system (8 hours work, 60 minutes break) 2 days a week ~, 4 hours a day ~ OK.
Details of overtime work: Prior approval from the store manager is required for overtime to ensure work-life balance.
Houly wage: 1116 yen.
Insurance: Social insurance, employment insurance, workers' compensation insurance, employee pension, health insurance.
