ISS STOXX is seeking a seasoned Sales Professional for APAC ex Japan, based in Hong Kong, to bring STOXX & DAX Indices to new and existing clients. The ideal candidate is a driven individual with a proven sales track record, eager to innovate in the financial industry, and skilled at fostering meaningful relationships. They should be capable of owning and executing sales strategies independently while collaborating remotely to optimize client investment impact.
Must Have:
  • Around 10 years of sales experience in Financial Services
  • Proven track record selling into Buy Side/Sell Side/Asset Owner segments
  • Well connected with product issuers and distributors
  • Aptitude for sales with a can-do attitude
  • Entrepreneurial mindset

Overview:

ISS STOXX is currently seeking a seasoned Sales Professional to join our team, bringing world class STOXX & DAX Indices to new and existing clients in Asia Pacific ex Japan. The position will be based in Hong Kong, reporting to the Head of Asia Pacific Sales.

  • You take pride in owning your sales strategy and executing it to fruition, managing the revenue generation process from “Prospect-to-Sale”.
  • You are a professional who can work independently and collaborate with internal stakeholders remotely, to communicate ISS STOXX value proposition and partner with clients to optimize their investment impact.
  • Overall, you are someone who exhibit an aptitude for sales with a can-do attitude and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Qualifications:

  • A Sales Professional with around 10 years of experience in Sales, preferably from the Financial Services industry and a proven track record selling into Buy Side/ Sell Side/ Asset Owner segments with a good understanding of the investment process
  • Solid understanding of passive investment products and well connected with product issuers and distributors.
  • Possess excellent written and oral communication skills, strong active listening skills, and a genuine enthusiasm for helping the client/prospect solve their business problems.
  • Understand the need to secure revenues for the Company in the short term, but also demonstrate customer-facing skills necessary to build long-term business relationships with clients.
