AnyDesk is seeking an experienced and ambitious Salesforce Administrator to manage and optimize their Salesforce platform. The role involves ensuring seamless operations, efficient processes, and data accuracy by collaborating with cross-functional teams like Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service. Responsibilities include system administration of custom apps, permissions, security settings, objects, and flows. The administrator will support key business functions, manage daily support and maintenance of internal Salesforce instances, create reports and dashboards, conduct internal trainings, document the platform, and manage authorization, use cases, and system adjustments with departments. This position requires strong listening, logical reasoning, follow-through, a can-do attitude, and exceptional communication skills, along with an independent working style and good technical comprehension. The ideal candidate will have several years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
