Position Summary
Towards the development of a software platform for next-generation vehicles around 2029, we are promoting partial in-house development and strengthening our team. We are considering the use of software that has not traditionally been utilized in the automotive industry, so we are looking for individuals with knowledge from various industries, including IT, not just automotive or manufacturing. This position allows you to leverage your expertise from diverse backgrounds.

Specifics
Upon joining, you will start by catching up on tasks where you can utilize your experience, gradually expanding your scope of work.
Software design, implementation, and evaluation for any of the following:
- SDV applications and Vehicle API (interface for accessing automotive systems)
- Linux (Posix OS) and containers (Docker, etc.)
- AUTOSAR Classic / Adaptive and RTOS (iTRON, FreeRTOS)

SDV is an indispensable technology for realizing a once-in-a-century transformation in the automotive industry, and software development must proceed steadily and rapidly. This position is involved in common platform software manufacturing engineering, where you will cooperate with specialized teams, including OS vendors/software vendors and other companies globally, to develop software platforms. Skills and Experience Required
Those with the following work experience. Experience from any industry is welcome!
- Experience in programming with C, C++, Java, Go, Rust, Python, or similar.
- Experience in creating development-related documents such as software design documents and test specifications.
- TOEIC score of 600.
Desired Skills (WANT)
- Knowledge of in-vehicle technologies (CAN, SOME/IP, ECU, E/E architecture, etc.).
- Knowledge of Linux kernel, file systems, APIs, libraries, OSS, and SDKs.
- Knowledge of servers and cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure), and experience in building/operating CI/CD.
- Knowledge of network/communication and security.

Annual Income Range (Reference Value)
Monthly salary (Reference value):
230,000 JPY to 490,000 JPY
- Determined comprehensively based on experience and expertise.
Estimated annual income (Reference value):
Approximately 4.1 million JPY to 10.5 million JPY
- Monthly salary x 12 months + bonus (estimated value)
- For Assistant Manager positions, includes 30 hours/month of fixed overtime.
- Bonus amounts are reference values, and actual payment timing, amounts, and payment conditions will be determined separately each time.
- Overtime allowance, etc., will be paid separately based on employee wage regulations.
