Our team specializes in FMCG and retail. Together with strong, unique brands like OTTO, bonprix, Rolf Benz, and Avene, we develop new brand strategies, customer-centric campaigns, and digital products. We find new ways to combine creation, data, and media.

What Awaits You

• You value being the central interface between client and team
• Operational support, strategic consulting, and further development of defined clients
• Coordination of projects in Digital Campaigning, Social Media, New-Branding, E-Commerce, Website, CRM, and Media
• Reliably deploy resources and budgets while ensuring quality, timing, and controlling
• Independent preparation and execution of client presentations and workshops
• Independent and self-responsible work as part of an interdisciplinary project team (Account Management, Strategy, Creation, Performance, Development, and Client)

What You Bring

• We are currently looking for various levels from Junior to Senior
• You have a completed degree in economics or communication sciences or a comparable education
• You already have agency experience, ideally with an online focus, as an Account or Project Manager or in a comparable position
• Client and market understanding through experience in client support, in the coordination of online projects as well as campaigns
• Broad professional/project experience in various types of projects in the areas of (digital) campaigns, social media, content creator marketing, etc.
• Open to new and innovative projects in the field of new technologies (AI, KI, ...)
• You think strategically and love advising your clients.
• Very good and efficient time management with very high quality standards
• You have an independent way of working and a positive and solution-oriented attitude, with a hands-on mentality
• You have very good German language skills and good English language skills, both written and spoken
