We are seeking a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst with strong expertise in Salesforce solutions and hands-on pre-sales experience. The ideal candidate will bridge business needs with technology solutions, drive client discussions, design scalable Salesforce solutions, and support pre-sales activities including proposal creation, demos, and solution pitches. Key Responsibilities include gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, translating them into Salesforce solutions, and collaborating with technical teams to ensure solution feasibility and delivery.
Good To Have:- Salesforce certifications (Admin, Consultant, or Architect)
Must Have:- MS Project Plan
- CSM
- PMP
- SAFe
- 4–5 years’ experience as a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst (BSA)
- 2–3 years’ pre-sales experience in solution design, demos, and client engagement
- Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystem (Sales, Service, Marketing Clouds)
- Excellent requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
