Job Description
- Identifies, evaluates, and monitors real estate investments.
- Supports acquisition, disposition, and development of real estate assets.
- Prepares financial analysis and reporting.
- Performs professional due diligence for projects.
- Gathers and synthesizes market data for investment decisions.
- Organizes information for dealings with third parties.
- Contributes to evaluation, negotiation, and close of real estate transactions.
- Maintains financial data in transaction and reporting system.
- BA/BS degree and 4-6 years’ relevant experience.
What success looks like in this role:
- Identifies, evaluates and monitors real estate investments, both existing and proposed.
- Supports various / assigned aspects of acquisition, disposition and development / re-development of real estate assets, including preparation of financial analysis and reporting.
- Performs professional due diligence for individual projects, including data room information gathering and analysis.
- Gathers and synthesizes market data to help with decisions to underwrite and evaluate investments and other strategic decisions.
- Gathers, researches and organizes information to support dealings with third parties, including brokers, bankers, joint venture partners and other stakeholders.
- Contributes to the evaluation, negotiation and close of specific real estate transactions (i.e., acquisitions and dispositions).
- Inputs, updates and maintains financial data within the established transaction and reporting data management system
You will be successful in this role if you have:
BA/BS degree and 4-6 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
