Join Unisys' dynamic account management team as a Customer Sales Representative. You will manage smaller client accounts, driving transactional sales and ensuring smooth operations. Responsibilities include proactive account management, end-to-end sales support, order processing, data accuracy, and client relationship building. This role requires a people-oriented professional passionate about client relationships and sales operations.

Must Have:
  • Manage a portfolio of smaller Unisys accounts through proactive, desk-based account management.
  • Provide end-to-end support for sales activities from pre-sales assistance to post-sales follow-up.
  • Coordinate order processing and ensure data accuracy in Salesforce and other internal systems.
  • Prepare sales proposals, reports, and performance documentation for management review.
  • Work closely with internal teams (finance, account administration, order management) to resolve client or operational issues.
  • Maintain and update client records, ensuring data integrity across sales tools and systems.
  • Communicate with clients via phone and email to obtain purchase orders, signatures, and relevant documentation.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to reduce manual work.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients while identifying new business opportunities within your accounts.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales support, inside sales, or account management (preferably in a B2B environment).

You will be successful in this role if you have:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales support, inside sales, or account management (preferably in a B2B environment).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills — you enjoy connecting with clients.
  • Comfortable multitasking and working with several clients simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus).
  • A proactive, open-minded, and agile team player who takes initiative to improve processes.
  • Pre-sales experience is an advantage.
