1. Based on the company's IP, organize, plan, expand, and develop various types of cultural and creative derivative products;
2. Responsible for formulating derivative product development plans, familiar with product structure and production processes, and assisting the team in completing the development and production of derivative products;
3. Responsible for coordinating various product demands within the company, coordinating internal team cooperation, and fulfilling internal customization requirements;
4. Responsible for controlling ODM suppliers, including product positioning, packaging selection, proofing, and other aspects;
5. Complete other tasks assigned by department leadership.
1. Full-time bachelor's degree or above, with more than 3 years of experience in IP derivative product planning and operation;
2. Proficient in product production processes and technical standards, familiar with the overall process of market promotion, brand planning, and event planning;
3. Good at innovation, unique vision, agile thinking, sensitive to design trend dynamics, capable of creating hit products;
4. Possess excellent communication, expression, and negotiation skills, good at interpersonal communication.
