Job Description
Senior DevOps Programmer needed for Core Tech team. Responsibilities include designing, building, and maintaining scalable infrastructure on cloud platforms (AWS); creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines; deploying and managing containerized applications using Kubernetes; working with development teams to support infrastructure needs; participating in on-call rotation; and ensuring system reliability, scalability, and efficiency. The role supports backend and frontend services for games like Dead by Daylight, encompassing features like matchmaking, player progression, and in-game purchases.

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Programmer to join the core technologies (Core Tech) team. Core Tech develops backend and frontend services, supporting and enhancing Behaviour games. Our services are diverse, but they are all based in cloud systems, and are used by games like Dead by Daylight, to develop their own in-game features: matchmaking, player progression, in-game purchases, friends' system, messaging, are but a few examples. There are more.
The DevOps role will be critical in maintaining, automating, and enhancing the systems that power these games, ensuring that all services are reliable, scalable, and efficient. In this role, you will :
- Design, build, and maintain scalable infrastructure on cloud platforms like AWS, ensuring high availability and performance of our systems.
- You will create and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment, ensuring that code is seamlessly tested, delivered, and released to production environments.
- You will be responsible for deploying and managing containerized applications using Kubernetes in a production environment, ensuring that clusters are properly maintained, scalable, and secure.
- Work closely with the development teams to support their infrastructure needs, optimize resource usage, and enhance the performance and reliability of systems in production.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to respond to critical infrastructure issues and ensure minimal downtime.
- Use best practices in testing, security, performance monitoring and effective use of resources
What we're looking for :
- This is a senior role. You need to have at least 5 years of experience in a DevOps or infrastructure role, with hands-on experience in cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strong production-level understanding and hands-on experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration, including managing clusters, scaling applications, and ensuring reliability.
- Proficiency in automating infrastructure and processes using tools like Terraform and Ansible
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Datadog, Prometheus, or similar, to ensure system reliability and performance.
- You should have a solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues efficiently.
- You will be working closely with developers, tech leads, and other members of Core Tech, so excellent collaboration and communication skills are essential

Core Tech développe des services backend et frontend, prenant en charge et améliorant les jeux comportementaux.
