As Video Project Manager at Behaviour, you will play a key role within our Marketing Creative Services team, overseeing the end-to-end production of high-impact video content. You’ll be responsible for managing timelines, ensuring brand consistency, and delivering high-quality assets across all communication channels. From concept to final delivery, you’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary creative team to produce compelling content that showcases upcoming releases, new features, and product updates.
In addition to video production, the Video Producer will also be responsible for managing certain 2D assets such as key art, banners, resizes, and other visual deliverables, ensuring they meet brand standards and campaign objectives.

In this role you will :
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Creative, and Communications teams to bring video concepts to life, align on creative vision, and support campaign execution.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables by defining milestones, prioritizing tasks, tracking progress, and adjusting plans as needed to meet deadlines and stay within scope.
- Facilitate communication and coordination across departments by maintaining stakeholder relationships, organizing meetings, and ensuring smooth information flow.
- Support production operations by updating tracking tools, monitoring schedules, analyzing performance, and helping develop strategies with the Planning & Creative Operations Director.
- Oversee budget and resource allocation, track hours, and contribute to planning discussions to optimize team performance and ensure project feasibility.
What we are looking for :
- Minimum 6 years of experience in video production or project management within a marketing, digital, or advertising environment.
- Degree in project management, production, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing a high volume of creative marketing assets.
- Strong understanding of creative and production workflows.
- Proficiency in project management tools Excel, and the Office Suite (bonus: Monday.com).
- Ability to maintain detailed schedules and track progress against milestones.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and adapting to change.
- Skilled at balancing pragmatism with creativity.
- Excellent interpersonal and diplomatic skills; ability to build lasting relationships.
- Communication skills in french is a plus.
