Project Management Office (Aviation)

ALTEN is seeking a motivated Project Management Officer (PMO) to support governance creation and project structuring activities within the A220 propulsion team. The PMO will collaborate with local customer stakeholders and suppliers to organize routines, reporting, and coordination across multiple project activities. Responsibilities include establishing governance and reporting frameworks, structuring team activities, coordinating with internal teams and suppliers, and assisting in Agile project management and continuous improvement initiatives.

Must Have

• Support the establishment of governance and reporting frameworks
• Structure and organize team activities and project routines
• Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure project alignment
• Assist in Agile project management and continuous improvement initiatives
• Degree in Engineering or Project Management
• First PMO or project coordination experience
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Strong organizational and communication skills
