What will you do?
- In tandem with the orchestrator supporting a business line, you will contribute to developing the go-to-market roadmap and client communications.
- Ensure efficient delivery of project activities and deliverables in terms of communication within the working group, budget management, timeline oversight, and achievement of results.
- Lead various large-scale projects and complex mandates that have a significant impact on the Bank’s profitability and efficiency.
- Continuously optimize the use of project resources to meet objectives.
- Complete all necessary information to monitor project progress and provide status updates, while tailoring communication to the audience.
- Analyze business issues, identify needs, and propose strategies to support project execution, budget management, and process improvement.
- Diagnose problematic situations, intervene, and actively participate in resolving complex issues by implementing solutions and mitigation/contingency plans.
- Identify and manage risks and challenges inherent to the project and the sector in a consistent and proactive manner.
- Practice sound risk management on a daily basis.
What do we expect from our Project Director?
- At least 10 years of experience in project management
- Experience in marketing project management (an asset)
- Strong background in managing projects/delivering initiatives using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Good ability to work in ambiguity
- Strong skills in managing projects under tight deadlines
- Solid knowledge of Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence) and ability to adapt to existing processes
- Proficiency in the French language
