Your task will be to coordinate the development of our game and help the team achieve the best possible results. You will be responsible for the efficiency of game mechanism development or part of the story and for adhering to their creation plan. To this end, you will:
- Organize and moderate meetings with your development teams and oversee the implementation of their conclusions.
- Collaborate with developers across all disciplines of game development, from programmers to audio-visual departments or QA.
- Regularly report on the progress of work on individual parts of the game to other producers and studio management.
- Take care of the team's organizational tools, for example, creating and sorting YouTrack tickets or maintaining documentation.
- Propose, implement, and develop the development processes that the entire game goes through.
- Develop an environment in which information relevant to their work is effectively delivered to team members.
Requirements
- Experience in project management or coordination.
- Ability to communicate effectively, excellent organization, proactivity.
- Interest in game development and willingness to continue learning.
- Good knowledge of MS Office programs, especially Excel.
- Communicative English language skills.
- Presence in the office, except for occasional work from home.
Advantage
- Experience with game development, whether professional or amateur, and whether in a producer or other role.
- Experience with IT development.
- Experience with YouTrack, Jira, or other ticketing systems.
- Advanced technical competencies, for example, the ability to create macros or scripts for data analysis and visualization.
- Interest in video games, especially RPGs.
