- Work with studio directors, tech leads, and producers to design and implement talent strategies that attract top technical candidates.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to technical leaders, building strong relationships and providing expert guidance on recruitment strategies and best practices.
- Tap into a wide spectrum of talent pools by leveraging non-traditional sources such as game jams, modding communities, open-source contributors, and global development forums, alongside LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and professional networks.
- Champion Behaviour’s presence at leading industry events, conferences, community socials, and campus career fairs to continually strengthen our technical talent pipeline.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with passive talent by understanding what motivates top industry professionals.
- Actively contribute to market and talent insights and competitor analysis to help shape compelling, market-aware offers.
- Lead and execute strategic projects and initiatives focused on attracting and acquiring top technical talent
What we’re looking for:

- Deep industry & technical knowledge: You speak the language of software development enabling meaningful conversations with specialized candidates and hiring teams
- Sourcing expertise: You don’t source because you need to, you source because it’s your bread and butter. Whether that be Boolean searches, competitive intelligence, market mapping, direct outreach on multiple platforms.
- Relationship engine: Extraordinary skills in building trust and rapport, whether coaching a hiring manager through a new skills assessment or guiding a senior developer through offer negotiations.
- Passion for games: A real enthusiasm for the video game industry and its unique challenges, ideally, with experience partnering with game studios or having shipped interactive products.
