About the Position

In this position, you will take on HR responsibility for the German Medical division for our locations in Munich, Berlin, Heidelberg, and Neu-Isenburg. The focus is on transformation and growth. Your Responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive responsibility for HR processes at the locations in Munich, Berlin, Heidelberg, and Neu-Isenburg
  • Advising and supporting managers on labor law issues and relationship management
  • HR management with a focus on organizational development, structuring, and transformation
  • Establishing new HR systems and processes and close cooperation with global COEs regarding compensation, talent management, and recruiting
  • Promoting a modern, open corporate culture and a unified HR culture in a cross-cultural environment
  • The position requires approximately 20% travel

Your Qualifications:

  • Successfully completed degree (Law, Business Administration, Human Resources) or comparable qualification
  • At least 5 years of experience in a comparable role in an international environment, ideally in a matrix organization.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English
  • International mindset, strong presence, and hands-on mentality
  • Openness to change and enjoyment in actively shaping systems and processes in a multinational matrix organization
  • Experience in working with different cultures
  • Practical experience working with works councils and understanding of co-determination.
  • Proficiency in dealing with complex labor law issues.
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset with the ambition to work independently and autonomously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an authentic and trustworthy demeanor.
