About the Position

In this position, you will take on HR responsibility for the German Medical division for our locations in Munich, Berlin, Heidelberg, and Neu-Isenburg. The focus is on transformation and growth. Your Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive responsibility for HR processes at the locations in Munich, Berlin, Heidelberg, and Neu-Isenburg
- Advising and supporting managers on labor law issues and relationship management
- HR management with a focus on organizational development, structuring, and transformation
- Establishing new HR systems and processes and close cooperation with global COEs regarding compensation, talent management, and recruiting
- Promoting a modern, open corporate culture and a unified HR culture in a cross-cultural environment
- The position requires approximately 20% travel
Your Qualifications:
- Successfully completed degree (Law, Business Administration, Human Resources) or comparable qualification
- At least 5 years of experience in a comparable role in an international environment, ideally in a matrix organization.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
- International mindset, strong presence, and hands-on mentality
- Openness to change and enjoyment in actively shaping systems and processes in a multinational matrix organization
- Experience in working with different cultures
- Practical experience working with works councils and understanding of co-determination.
- Proficiency in dealing with complex labor law issues.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset with the ambition to work independently and autonomously.
- Strong interpersonal skills and an authentic and trustworthy demeanor.
