We are looking for a Senior Imaging Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be part of a dedicated workforce in a global company that celebrates the skills you bring. Our Senior Imaging Operations Managers are responsible for leading a team of 250+ employees to coordinate and execute the implementation of our digitization programs and service offerings. In addition, this candidate will ensure hands-on leadership, accountability, continuous improvement, and recommendations for management solutions upgrades.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for overall Positive Employee Experience, Customer Satisfaction and Safety within the specific market(s).
- Provides leadership on all aspects of Operational Excellence and Service Level Agreements.
- Oversees communication regarding day-to-day challenges/concerns from all sites providing Imaging Operations for Customers and other Government Imaging across the United States.
- Responsible for the effective management of budget and personnel; accountable for the quality and timely delivery of contractual items.
- Ensures that all required resources including labor, service standards, computer time, supplies and facilities are available for program operations.
- Manages programs including task deficiency identification, project design, development and execution; maintains close liaison with the customer.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ Years Management experience preferably in Operations, Sales, Federal Contracting or Imaging Center preferred
- Strong organization and planning skills for teams larger than 175 employees.
- Experience in data reporting for trending, billing and production goals.
- Skills - Strong organizational and planning; develop and implement strategic plans to meet service level agreements; clear and effective communication (written, oral & presentation) for both internal teams and customers; time management; and effective management skills, including proven ability to lead and motivate people.
- Proficiency in computer skills in a PC environment including Microsoft Word, Power Point, Outlook and Excel.
- Must be willing and able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance. Only US Persons are eligible for this level clearance, hence for this position, Iron Mountain will consider only US Persons.
