Job Description

AriensCo is seeking a motivated Senior Maintenance Technician for the 2nd Shift to perform repairs and preventative maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, interpreting schematics, and adhering to safety guidelines. The role requires a technical diploma or associate's degree and a minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience, including work with PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, CNC/Robotics, piping systems, basic electrical knowledge, hydraulics, and pneumatics. This full-time position offers a starting pay of $26/hour plus a $2/hour shift differential and a $2,000 sign-on bonus.
Must Have:
  • Conduct repairs and preventative maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Read and interpret schematics for troubleshooting and equipment installation.
  • Perform preventative, corrective, and unplanned maintenance tasks.
  • Adhere to plant safety and environmental guidelines.
  • Communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Accurately carry out and assist in developing preventative maintenance procedures.
  • Support and develop downtime reduction initiatives.
  • Technical diploma or Associate’s degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience.
  • Experience troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing various types of equipment.
  • Experience with PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and operator interfaces.
  • Experience in CNC and Robotics.
  • Ability to install copper and black iron piping systems.
  • Basic electrical knowledge.
  • Proficiency in hydraulics and pneumatics.

We are currently recruiting for a motivated and passionate Senior Maintenance Technician to conduct repairs and preventative maintenance procedures on both electrical and mechanical systems.

Pay: Starts at $26/hour + $2/hour shift differential for all hours worked.

Schedule & Shift: Monday - Friday (5 days x 8 hours), 1:30PM – 9:30PM

  • Repair and maintain electrical and mechanical equipment.
  • Read and interpreting schematics to troubleshoot and install equipment.
  • Completing preventative, corrective, and unplanned maintenance tasks.
  • Adhering to plant safety and environmental guidelines, policies, and procedures while supporting the vision of creating an environment where no one can ever get hurt.
  • Communicating with all levels of the organization, i.e., via reports, e-mail, verbally, and/or in small/large group settings, in a team environment.
  • Accurately carry out and assist in the development of preventative maintenance procedures.
  • Support and develop downtime reduction initiatives.

Education:

  • Completion of a Technical diploma or Associate’s degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience required.
  • Experience troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing various types of equipment.
  • Experience repairing, troubleshooting, and programming PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and operator interfaces.
  • Experience in CNC / Robotics
  • Ability to install piping systems including copper / black iron
  • Basic Electrical knowledge
  • Hydraulic / Pneumatics
