Must Have:
  • Strategic planning and evaluation of social media advertising projects
  • Conception, execution, and permanent monitoring of campaigns
  • Sustainable optimization of self-service campaigns for client goals
  • Advising clients on revenue and ROI optimization, developing innovative campaign concepts
  • Identifying client potential, proactive exchange, and long-term client support
  • Active participation in business development
  • Training and educating junior staff
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Social Media Ads
  • High social media affinity and interest in latest trends
  • Very good understanding of numbers and data
  • Committed, communicative, team-oriented, with high initiative

  • Your area of responsibility includes the strategic planning and evaluation of social media advertising projects for our national and international clients.
  • Conception, execution, and permanent monitoring of campaigns.
  • Sustainable optimization of self-service campaigns with regard to the respective client goals.
  • Advising clients on increasing sales and optimizing ROI, as well as developing innovative campaign concepts.
  • Identifying the potential of our clients, proactive exchange, and intensive, long-term client support.
  • Active participation in business development.
  • Training and educating juniors.

Qualifications

We are looking for

  • You already have at least 3 years of professional experience in the field of social media ads.
  • You have a high affinity for social media and are always interested in the latest trends.
  • You have a very good understanding of numbers and data.
  • You are committed, communicative, and team-oriented, and bring a high degree of initiative and commitment.
  • You have very good English skills.
  • You work in a solution-oriented manner and do not lose your head or your humor even in hectic times.
