What will you do on a typical day:

  • Work across Product, Technology and Operations teams to drive execution and delivery of world class products.
  • Partner with strong technical teams to translate customer needs into workable technology solutions.
  • Envision business objectives, opportunities and develop product roadmaps.
  • Develop and evangelize an understanding of our business traveler pain points and aspirations.
  • Lead the execution of products from inception through deployment.
  • Use data and judgement to craft our strategy and define clear roadmaps.
  • Deliver on our roadmap by prioritizing for maximum impact.
  • Catalyst of change that can influence the broader organization and community of Amex GBT leaders.
  • Anticipate delivery risks and manage trade-offs.
  • Collaborative leader who builds a constructive working culture across Product, Technology and Operations
  • Rigorously execute on experiments and measure outcomes
  • Build relationships and make transparent decisions with diverse teams.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience Product Manager, ideally in B2B
  • A proven executor, with the ability to deliver products that customers value and love.
  • Experienced with current Agile and UX practices, with 8+ years in a direct product management role.
  • Bring a Can-Do Attitude that is flexible, creative, energetic and collaborative.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with senior stakeholders, technical and non-technical business partners to achieve product management excellence.
  • Knowledge of relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices in Travel Management industry.
  • Business oriented, analytical and problem-solving oriented mindset
  • You are a team player, but you are also able to work independently.
  • English fluence is a must
