Manychat is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our WhatsApp product stream — one of the company’s top strategic priorities. WhatsApp is already driving strong adoption across our customer base, and we’re just getting started.

This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of one of the most promising product lines at Manychat, work closely with Meta, and solve meaningful problems for millions of users around the world.

WHAT YOUʼLL DO 🚀

• Defining and evolving the product strategy and roadmap for the WhatsApp product line.
• Work with cross-functional teams (design, engineering, data) to deliver impactful product improvements.
• Owning the WhatsApp API partnership with Meta — building relationships, aligning on priorities, and navigating constraints.
• Conducting and synthesizing user research and data analysis to understand customer needs and identify opportunities.
• Translating customer insights into clear product requirements and prioritizing work based on impact.
• Defining success metrics, tracking product performance, and iterating based on results.
• Evangelizing your product line internally and keeping stakeholders informed.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE 💥

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a high-growth environment, ideally with exposure to SaaS or conversational marketing products.
• Proven ability to lead metrics-driven product development, with a strong focus on delivering real customer value.
• Deep understanding of messaging platforms, chat automation, and the SaaS ecosystem.
• Strong customer mindset — you start with user needs and can extract insights from both qualitative and quantitative data.
• Comfortable defining and driving product metrics, and using data to guide critical decisions.
• Technically fluent — you can work with APIs (experience with the WhatsApp Business API is a plus), integrations, and cross-functional engineering and design teams.
• Skilled at communicating your product’s impact and progress clearly across teams.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills, with a proactive, ownership-driven approach to collaboration — internally and with external partners.
