Job Description
Level AI, a fast-growing Series C startup, is seeking a Senior Product Manager for its Platform team in Noida. This role involves defining and executing the product roadmap for analytics and reporting, scaling services for large-scale AI workloads, and driving the analytics experience for customers. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of product management experience, particularly with data-centric products, and strong cross-functional collaboration skills, enabling internal teams and ensuring product stability at enterprise scale.
Good To Have:
- MBA from a Top tier school with at least 2+ years of product management experience.
- B2B/platform PM Experience.
- Hands on experience with AI productivity tools.
- Experience in a startup or high-growth SaaS environment.
- 0->1 product development experience.
- Experience in the Contact Center, Customer Experience, or SaaS domain.
Must Have:
- Define and execute the product roadmap for analytics and reporting, aligning with company strategy and customer needs.
- Partner with Engineering and Data teams to scale services that power large-scale AI workloads.
- Translate complex data and usage patterns into clear business insights and KPIs for customers and internal stakeholders.
- Drive the analytics experience for customers.
- Define data governance, quality, and consistency standards in collaboration with engineering.
- Work closely with GTM and customer teams to gather feedback, validate value delivery, and drive value of analytics offering.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or a related technical field.
- 4+ years of product management experience.
- Curiosity with a strong bias for action.
- Experience of building data centric products e.g., data platforms, analytics products.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design, customer facing teams and other product managers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong collaboration with engineering, ML, data science & GTM teams.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and learning quickly in a dynamic startup environment.
