Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager with 5–6 years of experience in digital media, project management, or operations within an agency environment. This individual will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing agency processes that support digital media buying and placement for a Fortune 500 client. The role requires strong coordination across multiple stakeholders—including client teams, internal agency teams, and partner agencies—to ensure flawless execution, alignment, and integration of workflows and systems.
Must have:
  • Lead development, documentation, and management of agency processes for digital media.
  • Coordinate with client teams to define workflows and ensure seamless delivery.
  • Partner with internal and external teams for system and process integration.
  • Serve as a central point of contact for clear communication.
  • Identify process bottlenecks and implement best practices.
  • Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and report status.
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards, deadlines, and client expectations.
  • Support change management through training and documentation.
  • 5-6 years experience in project management, operations, or process development in digital media agency.
  • Strong understanding of digital media planning, buying, and placement workflows.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
  • Exceptional communication and client-facing skills.
  • High fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Jira, MS Project) and collaboration platforms (Teams, Slack, SharePoint).
Good to have:
  • Experience with data and media systems integration.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a process-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable managing ambiguity and driving clarity.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager with 5–6 years of experience in digital media, project management, or operations within an agency environment. This individual will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing agency processes that support digital media buying and placement for a Fortune 500 client.

The role requires strong coordination across multiple stakeholders—including client teams, internal agency teams, and partner agencies—to ensure flawless execution, alignment, and integration of workflows and systems.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development, documentation, and management of agency processes that enable efficient digital media buying, placement, and reporting.
  • Coordinate directly with client teams to gather requirements, define workflows, and ensure seamless delivery across multiple projects and campaigns.
  • Partner with internal and external teams to integrate systems and processes across the client, the agency, and partner agencies.
  • Serve as a central point of contact, ensuring communication is clear, timely, and aligned to project objectives.
  • Identify process bottlenecks, propose solutions, and implement best practices to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and report status updates to senior stakeholders.
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards, deadlines, and client expectations.
  • Support change management by facilitating training, documentation, and adoption of new tools or workflows.

Qualifications

  • 5–6 years of experience in project management, operations, or process development within a digital media agency or related environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital media planning, buying, and placement workflows (programmatic, social, display, search, etc.).
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects with attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Exceptional communication and client-facing skills; able to translate technical or process requirements into clear, actionable steps.
  • High degree of fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
  • Strong proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Jira, MS Project) and collaboration platforms (Teams, Slack, SharePoint).
  • Experience with data and media systems integration is a plus.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
