Are you a Senior QA Analyst? Are you interested in joining one of the world’s biggest MMOs?  Do you want to work on a unique and large-scale project and tackle some of the most interesting challenges in online gaming?  Then you’re in the right place!

We are in the middle of an exciting new project and looking to hire a Senior QA Analyst to join the team, the role serves as the team's expert in acceptance testing, therefore an exciting opportunity to the lead the way within the team.

What you'll be doing:

  • Understand and apply the methodologies of defect prevention and identification
  • Gather qualitative and quantitative data and feedback on assigned features to the development team, with a clear actionable structure.
  • Create test plans with a forward-thinking data-driven approach.
  • Consistently report back data on QA progress, project risk and project health.
  • Collect and transcribe defect data to identify trends and patterns to improve product quality.
  • Able to identify potential risks for product, feature, and technology updates, and produce problem statements

What you'll need:

  • Strong understanding of the game development process including how testing and automation play key parts in it
  • Be the subject matter expert for the areas being tested.
  • To be the central point of contact for multiple teams.
  • A passion to improve and, where appropriate, automate the testing process.
  • Can assist in shaping and improving the QA pipeline for the team.
  • Can analyse personal and team processes for innovation opportunities and raise potential improvements.
