Job Description

Publicis Media is looking for a Senior SEA Manager to lead client accounts and manage budgets. Responsibilities include conceptualizing, implementing, and controlling SEA campaigns for national and international clients, building campaign structures, developing keywords, writing ad texts, and creating reports. The role involves continuous optimization of campaigns to meet client goals, advising clients on revenue growth and ROI optimization, and presenting campaign analyses and strategic recommendations. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in Search Engine Advertising or Performance Marketing, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with online, analysis, and bid-management tools, as well as English and MS-Office skills.
Must Have:
  • Overall client leadership and budget responsibility
  • Conception, implementation, and control of Search Engine Advertising (SEA) campaigns
  • Building suitable SEA campaign structures, keyword development, ad text formulation, and reporting
  • Permanent and proactive optimization of campaigns regarding client goals
  • Client consulting and campaign development for revenue growth and ROI optimization
  • Creation and presentation of campaign evaluations/analyses and strategic recommendations
  • Market observation, professional development, and development of innovative campaign concepts
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in Search Engine Advertising (SEA) or Performance Marketing
  • Very good knowledge of analysis and bid-management tools
  • Very good analytical thinking
  • Good English and MS-Office skills

Job Description

Your tasks

  • Overall client leadership and budget responsibility
  • The conception, implementation, and control of Search Engine Advertising (SEA) campaigns for our national and international clients is within your area of responsibility
  • Building suitable SEA campaign structures, developing keywords, formulating ad texts, and creating reports are among your tasks
  • Permanent and proactive optimization of campaigns regarding client goals
  • You are responsible for advising clients and further developing campaigns with a view to increasing sales and optimizing ROI
  • Creation and presentation of campaign evaluations/analyses and strategic recommendations for existing and new clients
  • Monitoring the market, professional development, and developing innovative campaign concepts is your responsibility
  • You contribute to the training and further education of juniors

Qualifications

We are looking for

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in Search Engine Advertising (SEA) or Performance Marketing (Search, Google Shopping, GDN, YouTube, Retargeting etc.)
  • You enjoy working with numbers and have a good technical understanding of online tools
  • Very good knowledge of analysis and bid-management tools
  • You have very good analytical thinking skills
  • You are committed, communicative, and team-oriented and have a high degree of initiative, organizational skills, and commitment
  • You enjoy personal and telephone contact with clients
  • Your English skills are as good as your MS-Office skills
  • You have the highest standards for the quality of your work and a high degree of service orientation, and you don't lose your head or your humor even in hectic times
