The role involves investigating, triaging, diagnosing issues, and troubleshooting to resolve reported problems. Nice to have skills include familiarity with Azure DevOps, TrackIT, and ServiceNow. Soft skills emphasize strong written and oral communication for onsite work, insurance domain knowledge (flood underwriting), ability to work with client stakeholders, and excellent analytical skills.
