Senior Test Engineer (Farlight84)

The Senior Test Engineer will lead a team to complete various testing tasks for multiple modules, including requirements gathering and analysis, writing test plans and documents, controlling the testing process, assigning tasks, producing test reports, and conducting retrospectives. They will also lead the team to complete challenging testing tasks such as multi-platform testing, engine testing, rendering pipeline testing, underlying logic refactoring, and art resource iteration. Furthermore, they will identify pain points based on the team's actual testing issues, implement optimization solutions, and independently develop efficiency tools. The Senior Test Engineer will be responsible for the use, maintenance, and optimization of the team's knowledge base, test case library, bug management tools, and other content. They will also stay informed of and continuously learn new testing technologies and tools, leading the team to improve testing technology, organizing technical sharing sessions, and building specialized capabilities. Finally, they will be responsible for the daily management and team building of the team they lead, as well as personnel training and reserves.
