Job Description
- Hands-on experience in industrial water treatment programs (cooling towers, boilers, RO, ETP/STP).
- Ability to diagnose and solve water chemistry issues at client sites.
- Independent, self-driven, and customer-focused mindset.
- Travel weekly to client plants in Selaqui, Dahej, and Taloja.
- Collect and analyse water samples (process water, cooling water).
- Conduct on-site testing (pH, hardness, alkalinity, conductivity, chloride, phosphate, etc.).
- Recommend and adjust chemical dosing to maintain water treatment efficiency.
- Prepare and submit detailed technical service reports.
- Ensure safety protocols and compliance during all site visits.
- Provide basic training/awareness to client operators.
- B. Tech in Chemical Engineering or B.Sc. or M.Sc. Chemistry.
- 0–4 years of experience in water treatment, process chemicals, or related industries.
- Knowledge of field water analysis methods and chemical dosing practices.
- Comfortable with extensive travel by train (minimum 15–18 days/month).
- Strong reporting, documentation, and customer communication skills.

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Service Engineer with a Chemical Engineering / Chemistry background to support our clients’ water treatment operations. The engineer will be responsible for field sample analysis, chemical dosage optimization, and detailed reporting at customer sites. This is a field-intensive, client-facing role involving regular travel.
Key Responsibilities
1. Travel weekly to client plants in Selaqui, Dahej, and Taloja.
2. Collect and analyse water samples (process water, cooling water).
3. Conduct on-site testing (pH, hardness, alkalinity, conductivity, chloride, phosphate, etc.).
4. Recommend and adjust chemical dosing to maintain water treatment efficiency.
5. Prepare and submit detailed technical service reports to clients and internal teams.
6. Ensure safety protocols and compliance during all site visits.
7. Provide basic training/awareness to client operators on water chemistry and best practices.
Required Qualifications
1. B. Tech in Chemical Engineering or B.Sc. or M.Sc. Chemistry. Chemical knowledge is must.
2. 0–4 years of experience in water treatment, process chemicals, or related industries.
3. Knowledge of field water analysis methods and chemical dosing practices.
