Job Description

Tesla Motors is seeking a Service Intern/Apprentice to work on its electric vehicles. This role involves significant customer interaction, requiring both technical skills and strong customer service abilities. Responsibilities include inspecting, repairing, and servicing Tesla vehicles; using hand and power tools; performing equipment inspections and certifications; conducting Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDIs) of new cars; and maintaining a clean service center. The intern will handle fast and ludicrous repairs such as tire changes, door handle replacements, and 12V battery changes. The position requires the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

What You’ll Do

Performs entry-level work in the inspection, repair, and service of Tesla electric vehicles
Operate a variety of hand, power, and shop tools, Fast and Ludicrous items, eg. tyre change, door handle change, 12V battery change etc.
Perform equipment inspections, adjustments and certifications
Perform Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) of new cars
Perform other related duties as assigned
Help maintain cleanliness of vehicles and service center
