Job Description

• As a service technician for the Klagenfurt and Völkermarkt regions, you are responsible for the heating systems of our Buderus/Bosch brands.
• Your workday begins and ends at your doorstep with a high-quality company vehicle.
• In the first months, you will be trained by a professional team to gain deep insight into our product range (including heat pumps and gas boilers). With ongoing training and certifications (e.g., apprenticeship exam for refrigeration and air conditioning technology), you will become a pioneer in the HVAC industry.
• You independently and thoroughly perform maintenance, commissioning, or repairs for our entire product range.
• You reliably analyze, find, and resolve malfunctions, thereby contributing significantly to customer satisfaction.
• In close customer contact, you advise, for example, on the ideal setting of devices for personal needs and help keep heating costs low.

Qualifications

• Personality: You are very customer-oriented, independent, reliable, and enjoy finding solutions.
• Experience and Know-how: Area-specific professional experience in the HVAC sector, good computer skills, customer service experience is an advantage – can also be acquired through our training.
• Driver's license: Class B
• Education: Completed training in electrical, refrigeration, heating technology or mechatronics (apprenticeship, HTL technical school or similar)
• Language: Very good German language skills

Additional Information

Working hours: 38.5h/week

It is important to us to offer a fair salary that matches your skills and experience. This can be significantly above the collective agreement (metal industry) and starts at 40,600 EUR gross per year for 38.5h/week (no all-in contract). In addition, there is your variable salary package: staggered daily allowances, collection bonus, bonus for maintenance contracts, and participation in company success.
