This role is for an SME Infoblox Network Administrator providing Tier3 support. Responsibilities include fault isolation, configuration management of LANs, WANs, wireless networks, security devices, and Infoblox appliances. The administrator will configure and manage DNS, DHCP, IPAM, and other Infoblox services, ensuring integration and performance. Key tasks involve managing Grid masters, zones, NTP, applying patches, monitoring systems, and handling IP schemes. The role requires hands-on experience with Infoblox, routers, switches, wireless controllers, ITIL knowledge, and proficiency in network automation, Azure or AWS, and professional certifications like CCNP or DDI.

Must Have:- Provide Tier3 support for network issues.
- Perform fault isolation and resolution in accordance with SLA.
- Implement, administer, and troubleshoot network infrastructure devices including Infoblox.
- Configure DNS, DHCP, IPAM, and other Infoblox services.
- Manage Grid master pairs and import/create zones on Infoblox (NIOS).
- Configure Infoblox as Authoritative NTP and fix time drift.
- Apply patches, updates, and security fixes to systems.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity.
- Manage IP Scheme, create DHCP scopes, and configure options.
- Offload DNS from AD and migrate to Infoblox.
- Manage Bloxone Threat defense, Threat Analytics, and DNS Forwarding Proxies.
- Manage domains on CSC registrar and DNS zones on UltraDNS.
- Order, renew, and re-issue SSL certificates.
- Maintain and predesign documents for network infrastructure.
- Minimum 8 years of technology experience in a networking environment.
- ITIL foundation knowledge and certification.
- Hands-on experience in Infoblox, routers, switches, and wireless controllers (Cisco, Aruba, Meraki).
- Proficient in Network Automation.
- Professional level certification (CCNP, DDI professional).
- Proficient with standard troubleshooting practices and methodologies.
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure and network hardware.
