The Role

Based in Camden, London - we’re looking for a driven, passionate and creative Social Media Coordinator who is hungry to excel. This role will support the Senior Director of Social in managing our flagship brands on social. To be successful in the role you will have a can-do attitude, demonstrate outstanding organisation skills, be deadline driven and thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment. 

Responsible for supporting a variety of brand & social marketing initiatives, this is a role which offers on the job learning and coaching and is perfect for someone looking for their first step into a Marketing career with significant exposure to the realm of social media. The role will include growing social audiences, developing creative posts and social strategies, reporting on social performance and data, and supporting the brand teams on their social campaigns - amongst other exciting areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation of social strategies & brand plans, and support the wider Social Media team with audience development and delivering projects on time. 
  • Prepare social plans in PowerPoint or Excel as needed, with specific objectives across different channels and marketing segments.
  • Support the execution of social plans from start to finish, working closely with the members of the Social Media team and Paid Media teams, amongst others.
  • Managing the calendar for social media activities and ensuring key milestones/deliverables are captured and are on track for delivery.
  • Review key social media analytics and create reports on key metrics.
  • Researching social media and industry trends.
  • Write briefs for social media, creative assets and copy.
  • Coordinate the development of creative social content.
  • Assist with the organisation of internal and external events.
  • Support on a number of other administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects with the Senior Director of Social, and the wider social media team.
