- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Create and curate engaging, high-quality content that resonates with our target audience and aligns with our brand voice.
- Manage and grow our social media communities, fostering meaningful interactions and building strong relationships with followers.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, using data to inform strategy and optimize campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all marketing channels.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform updates.
- Implement SEO strategies to improve the visibility and reach of our social media content.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and performance optimization.
- Coordinate with influencers and partners to expand our brand's reach and engagement.
- Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful social media strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to increase social media engagement and followers.
- Proficiency in major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Strong skills in content creation, curation, and copywriting.
- Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools.
- Graphic design skills, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Deep understanding of SEO principles and their application to social media.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Familiarity with the hospitality and tourism sector is preferred.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Spanish will be valued.
