This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes digital storytelling, knows how to craft copy that engages, and has an eye for design. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, plan, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook, etc.)
- Write clear, compelling, and on-brand copy tailored to each channel and audience
- Create visuals, and multimedia assets to support posts and campaigns
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support broader campaigns, initiatives, and manage a cross-functional content calendar with brand, design, and product marketing teams.
- Monitor and maintain social channels daily - including executive leadership accounts.
- Engage with followers, and respond to messages/comments in brand voice
- Track performance metrics and prepare reports on engagement, growth, and campaign results
- Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to inform strategy
- Assist with community-building efforts and influencer/partnership outreach
Requirements
- Experience in video editing and short-form content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
- 3+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing
- Proven copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone and voice across platforms
- An eye for design (experience could include Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools)
- Strong understanding of storytelling, branding, and audience engagement
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects on tight deadlines
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and adjust strategies accordingly
- Collaborative spirit and proactive approach to problem-solving
- A portfolio of previous social media content and campaigns.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with paid social media advertising
- Background in B2B, B2C, or industry-specific marketing
