Neostella is seeking a Social Media Specialist passionate about content creation to join their hyper-growth team. This role involves developing, planning, scheduling, and publishing engaging content across various social media platforms, crafting compelling copy, and creating visuals. The specialist will monitor channels, engage with followers, track performance, and stay updated on trends to strengthen the brand's online presence and build communities. They will collaborate with the marketing team to support broader campaigns and initiatives.

  • Background in B2B, B2C, or industry-specific marketing.
Must Have:
  • Develop, plan, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook, etc.).
  • Write clear, compelling, and on-brand copy tailored to each channel and audience.
  • Create visuals and multimedia assets to support posts and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support broader campaigns, initiatives, and manage a cross-functional content calendar.
  • Monitor and maintain social channels daily, including executive leadership accounts.
  • Engage with followers and respond to messages/comments in brand voice.
  • Track performance metrics and prepare reports on engagement, growth, and campaign results.
  • Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to inform strategy.
  • Assist with community-building efforts and influencer/partnership outreach.
  • Experience in video editing and short-form content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
  • 3+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
  • Proven copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone and voice across platforms.
  • An eye for design (experience could include Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools).
  • Strong understanding of storytelling, branding, and audience engagement.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects on tight deadlines.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborative spirit and proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • A portfolio of previous social media content and campaigns.
