TelevisaUnivision is looking for a Special Initiatives Manager for the Special Initiatives Directorate within the Sales area.

The Special Initiatives area develops and manages strategic and non-routine projects that require a specialized focus. It works on innovative initiatives, mergers, acquisitions, or organizational transformations, seeking opportunities for growth and continuous improvement. Its objective is to drive positive change and generate value for the company through creative and effective solutions.

About you:

A Special Initiatives analyst supports the development and execution of innovative strategic projects, analyzing opportunities, identifying risks, and generating creative solutions to drive organizational growth and transformation.

Your day-to-day:

• Prepare presentations for clients and sales.
• Follow up on the recording, live broadcast, review, or approval of on-air materials.
• Maintain a constant and close relationship with productions.
• Gather briefs and brand information to detect opportunities for brands and design proposals.
• Attend client meetings if sales requests support.
• Responsible for securing agreements for campaign execution between client requests and production allowances.

You must have:

• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Advertising, Marketing or related fields
• 2-3 years of experience
• Teamwork

• Make presentations in PPT and Keynote.
• Television and digital advertising.
