Job Responsibilities

  • Manage delivery riders in their assigned station area according to company KPI criteria.
  • Supervise daily deliveries, ensuring goods are delivered to customers and no inventory backlog.
  • Safeguard goods at the station, preventing loss or damage.
  • Receive, inspect, collect money, and report COD daily.
  • Handover goods between riders and drivers, distribute goods to delivery staff.
  • Supervise riders: ensure riders complete their routes on time.
  • Support and troubleshoot rider issues during delivery.
  • Ensure all delivered goods are processed on the App and system.
  • Collect COD and categorize failed deliveries at the end of the day.
  • Maintain the quality of the fleet: discipline, attitude of delivery staff, and work performance.
  • Support related tasks as assigned by the Manager.
  • Manage equipment at the station, comply with hygiene and safety regulations at the station.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in logistics.
  • College degree or higher.
  • Basic understanding of computers and office informatics.
  • Eager to learn, honest.
  • Basic English.

  • Working hours: Monday - Saturday (7 AM - 5 PM)
