Job Description

The Strategic Deals Architect is responsible for reviewing and customizing solutions, developing and executing policies, driving continuous improvement, shaping proposals, leading sales enablement, executing training, and refining solution propositions to enhance market competitiveness and operational excellence. This role also focuses on optimizing processes, driving proposals, and designing sales enablement tools to boost productivity and performance.
Good To Have:
  • In-depth experience of Value Proposition Creation in a clinical environment, and/or great knowledge of hospital ecosystem
  • Experience managing Philips Portfolio Knowledge / Solution Modules
Must Have:
  • Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Finance, Data Analytics or equivalent
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Sales Strategy, Business Development, Sales Operations, Customer Relationship Management or equivalent
  • Certified LEAN Basic
  • Fluent in English and relevant local languages
  • BID Management skills
  • Proven track record of Project Management

Your role:

  • The Strategic Deals Architect is responsible for reviewing and customizing solutions, developing and executing policies, driving continuous improvement, shaping proposals, leading sales enablement, executing training, and refining solution propositions to enhance market competitiveness and operational excellence.
  • The role drives continuous enhancement and develops best practices to optimize processes and performance. The role reviews and drives proposals, shaping customer needs and navigating procurement.
  • The role leads the design and deployment of sales enablement tools to enhance productivity and sales performance.

You're the right fit if:

  • Bachelor's/ Master's Degree Business Administration, Sales, Finance, Data Analytics or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with Bachelor's OR Minimum 3 years of experience with Master's in areas such as Sales Strategy, Business Development, Sales Operations, Customer Relationship Management or equivalent.
  • • Certified LEAN Basic

• Fluent in English and relevant local languages

  • BID Management skills

• Proven track record of Project Management

• Preferred in-depth experience of Value Proposition Creation in a clinical environment, and/or great knowledge of hospital ecosystem

• Experience managing Philips Portfolio Knowledge / Solution Modules

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.

Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
