私達CoE Strategy & Operationsチームは、組織、人材、シナジー、オペレーションの観点からソリューション統括本部（プリセールス部門）の中長期的な成長を支えるチームです。

私達は様々なデータを駆使して組織全体の状況を俯瞰的に捉え、必要な戦略、施策を立案および遂行し、組織全体のパフォーマンスや生産性の向上に貢献します。

Role Description:

このRoleでは以下の業務のいずれか（1つまたは複数）を担当していただきます。

• 組織戦略

  • 組織の中長期戦略立案支援およびチーム編成、人材配置等の次年度計画策定

  • Solutions（プリセールス）組織におけるDDDM(Data driven decision making) プロジェクトの推進

  • 各種データの分析およびそこから得られたインサイトをもとにした施策の立案および実施

  • 四半期ビジネスレビューやオフサイトなど組織の成長に必要なイベントの企画および運営

  • Solutions組織内における各種ルールやガイドラインの策定およびメンテナンス

  • その他組織戦略にかかわる施策の立案および推進

• 人材戦略

  • Futureforce Academy（新入社員オンボーディングプログラム）の企画および運営

  • 新卒採用の戦略や施策の策定および推進

  • Solutions組織全体のスキル強化を目指した施策の企画および推進サポート(Solutions Enablementチームと連携して推進)

  • SolutionsのRole & Responsibilityや評価指標の策定支援およびメンテナンス

  • 採用クライテリアや採用プロセスの策定支援およびメンテナンス

  • その他人材戦略に関わる施策の立案および推進
     

• シナジー戦略

  • All Solutions Callの企画、運営

  • Newsletter等の各種広報活動

  • 組織内コミュニケーションの改善に関する施策立案、推進

  • 各種Awardの企画、運営
     

• オペレーショナル・エクセレンス

  • 組織内における各種手続きのシステム化、自動化の施策立案および推進

  • Business Continuity Plan（事業継続計画）の立案、推進、グローバルチームとの連携

  • その他組織内における各種業務支援

Your Impact:

• これまでのソリューションエンジニア（プリセールス）としての業務の経験を活かしながら、一段高い視座で物事を考え、組織全体へインパクトのある戦略立案、施策推進を行っていくことでコンサルおよびプロジェクトマネージャー的な思考や振る舞いを身につけることができます。

• また、組織のリーダー層の考えや行動をより身近に見聞きすることができるため、将来マネージャーやリーダーを目指す人にとっては、業務を通じてその素養を身につけることが可能です。

Basic Requirements:

• ソリューションエンジニア（プリセールス）業務の理解および経験

• 様々な課題に前向きに取り組むことができる好奇心や行動力

• 少ない情報の中で自分なりの考えをまとめ、検証を行いながら最善策を導き出そうとする仮説思考的問題解決スキル

• 様々な立場の人の状況や感情を理解し、適切な手段やタイミング、内容で対話を推進できるコミュニケーション能力

• 難しいことをわかりやすく伝え、行動を促すプレゼン能力

• 目的を達成するために必要な人を巻き込む調整力

• 流暢な日本語スキル、およびビジネスレベルの英語スキル

Preferred Requirements:

• TableauやSnowflakeなどBI/DWHの製品知識や実装経験

• 分析に必要なデータモデリングやデータマネジメントに関する知識および経験

• 立場の異なる人々の意見を抽出し、発散した情報を一つの結論にまとめ上げるファシリテーションスキル

• グローバルのメンバーと不都合なくテキスト(MailやSlack)および会話で情報連携できるコミュニケーションスキルと英語スキル

• Koreaメンバーとコミュニケーション可能な韓国語スキル
