This is a summer internship in the Service Business department, focusing on operations, customer service (CS), and project management (PM). Responsibilities include addressing live service issues, monitoring logs, handling CS inquiries, communicating with relevant departments, analyzing user trends, planning and executing monetization strategies and events, managing schedules, and analyzing performance metrics. Ideal candidates have a deep understanding of MMORPGs like Black Desert and Black Desert Mobile, excellent communication skills, persistence, a sense of responsibility, and meticulousness. Proficiency in English, Chinese, Japanese, Turkish, Thai, or Russian is a plus.
