Job Description

The Supplier Risk Management Specialist will be responsible for supporting third-party onboarding, conducting supplier due diligence, and monitoring. They will also be involved in reporting key risk indicators (KRIs) to stakeholders, assisting with remediation plans, and contributing to process updates and system upgrades. The role involves working with various teams to ensure supply chain continuity and mitigate risks related to suppliers. This role requires at least 1 year of experience in risk, compliance, or internal controls, and the candidate should be familiar with systems such as Workday, Coupa, and OneTrust. This is a full-time, hybrid role located in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.
Must have:
  • Conduct third-party due diligence during onboarding.
  • Conduct supplier outreach and monitoring.
  • Maintain supplier onboarding forms.
  • Report KRI's to stakeholders.
  • Assist with SLA monitoring and remediation plans.
  • Support process updates and system upgrades.

Job Details

The Supplier Risk Management Team, within Global Procurement, supports Nasdaq with overseeing supplier risk domain. Team executes supplier due diligence, conducts supplier monitoring activities and report on performed due diligence outcomes as well as reports and escalates supplier related findings identified during supplier monitoring process to appropriate governance committees and contract owners.
You will have the opportunity to join a team of risk professionals whose role is to act as the second line of defense to safeguard Nasdaq’s supply chain continuity.

What You Will Do

  • Supporting third party onboarding by conducting third party due diligence
  • Conducting supplier outreaches
  • Owning and maintaining the Coupa supplier onboarding forms the TPRM team use to map existing suppliers
  • Supporting periodic supplier monitoring processes
  • Reporting KRI's to stakeholders
  • Assist key business owners with SLA monitoring remediation plans
  • Assist with planning and implementation of process updates and system upgrades
  • Contribute to other TPRM activities as directed by the line manager


What We Expect

  • Education Required: B.S. in IT, Risk, Business Management or related field
  • Experience Required:  At least 1 year in risk, compliance, or internal controls
  • Prior experience with systems like Workday, Coupa, OneTrust is a plus
