Job Description
- Maintenance and Installation: Execute preventive and corrective maintenance, and conduct installations and configuration of equipment.
- Customer Support and Operation: Understand the needs of Customer Service Management (CSM) and offer proactive support in operations to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Call and Ticket Management: Be responsible for opening, processing, and controlling the flow of support requests and tickets.
- Report Preparation: Prepare corrective and preventive maintenance reports, system reports, and operational procedures.
Basic Requirements
Mandatory Requirements:
- Base in Brasília/DF
- Education: Technical degree in Networks, Computing, Electronics, or related fields
- NR10
- Valid Driver's License: Category B.
- Availability for Travel: 25% to 50% of the period (Brasília/DF base).
- Experience in Network, Electrical, and Structured Cabling Infrastructure;
- Intermediate knowledge: IP Networks, Network Design, and Troubleshooting: Ethernet, TCP/IP, L2/L3, MPLS, VPNs.
- Experience in Operating System Configuration: Unix, Linux, and Windows Server
- Experience in Server Installation and Maintenance.
- Proficiency in Office Suite and/or Google Workspace.
Desired Requirements:
- Knowledge of Palo Alto Firewall and Extreme switches
- Knowledge of 3G/4G and LTE networks
- Knowledge of Motorola Solutions Products.
- Knowledge of Zabbix.
- Basic understanding of Cloud: Azure certification or equivalent.
- Basic understanding of APCO 25 and Dimetra
- English: Intermediate conversation and writing
- ITIL Certification.
