Job Description

As a Talent Coordinator at Dentsu, you will be a key member of the Talent team, assisting with the coordination and execution of Recruitment, Learning and Development, Performance Management, and Inclusion operations. You will interact with a wide range of employees and play a critical role in ensuring recruitment and overall talent programs run smoothly. Responsibilities include supporting the recruitment process, managing applicant data in the ATS, project managing training programs, creating recruitment metrics reports, and acting as a brand ambassador. This role requires strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Must have:
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR/recruitment preferred
  • Highly organized multi-tasker with an eye for detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Passion for recruiting and Talent management
Good to have:
  • Bilingual in both English & French preferred
  • Prior applicant tracking system experience a plus

You will assist with coordination and execution of our Recruitment, Learning and Development, Performance Management, and Inclusion operations. As a member of the team, you will interact with a wide range of employees across disciplines and levels. The ideal candidate is a highly organized self-starter who possesses strong interpersonal skills. The Talent Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring our recruitment and overall talent programs and processes run smoothly and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Managers and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and support the recruitment and hire process 
  • Provide administrative and operational support for the full life cycle recruiting process 
  • Ensure timely and accurate input and updates of applicant data in our ATS to maintain candidate status and data integrity 
  • Project management for Performance, L&D and Inclusion training programs and events 
  • Support talent initiatives – coordination of workshops, meetings, events, manage bookings, attendance, feedback, payment process 
  • Supporting office learning events: Performance workshops, Talent Development Pilot workshops 
  • Create and report on various recruitment metrics around recruitment, L&D, Performance and Inclusion 
  • Create a positive candidate experience by being well-versed on the dentsu brand, our values and mission; ability to act as a dentsu ambassador across all service lines and/or brand you’re representing 
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR/recruitment preferred 
  • Bilingual in both English & French preferred 
  • Highly organized multi-tasker with an astute eye for detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • A passion for recruiting and Talent management with the desire to grow within the field
  • Prior applicant tracking system experience a plus
