Playtika is seeking a Talent Sourcer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience as a talent sourcer in a global company, proven ability to engage passive candidates, and a deep understanding of various sourcing strategies and practices. Responsibilities include utilizing various sourcing techniques to identify and attract top talent, building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates, collaborating closely with recruiters and hiring managers, developing and implementing creative sourcing strategies, engaging with candidates through personalized outreach, analyzing sourcing metrics, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The candidate should be fluent in English and a team player with a 'can-do' attitude.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize various sourcing techniques (including online channels, social media, networking events, and referrals) to identify and attract top talent.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and priorities.
  • Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to reach passive candidates.
  • Engage with candidates through personalized outreach, email campaigns, and networking events to establish rapport and interest.
  • Work with data to analyze sourcing metrics and optimize sourcing strategies.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing and recruitment process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent sourcing and recruitment.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience as a talent sourcer in a global company.
  • Proven ability to engage passive candidates and successfully convert them into active candidates.
  • Hands-on experience in a wide range of sourcing strategies, practices, and trends.
  • Proven experience and ability to engage and partner with a variety of stakeholders, including hiring managers, executives, and external partners.
  • Team player with a "can-do" attitude, willing to collaborate and contribute to team success.
  • Ability to work in an ambiguous and dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and requirements.
  • Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
