Job Description
Paytm is seeking a Team Lead for Sales in Madurai, focusing on QR Code & Sound Box solutions. This role involves driving sales enrollments and ensuring consistent usage within the city. Responsibilities include market analysis, identifying prospective customers, managing and motivating a sales team, and ensuring team members are actively engaged in market activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong networking skills, be willing to travel extensively, and have a good understanding of distribution, expansion, and key sales metrics. Previous experience in channel sales and managing a sales team of at least five members is required.
Must have:

- Zeal for Growth
- Good market knowledge
- Previous channel sales experience
- Managed a sales team of 5+ members
- Understand distribution, expansion, metrics
- Experience getting teams lucrative incentives
- Responsible for city sales enrollments/sales
- Handle team members and motivate them
- Ensure team members are in market where enrollments & usage are done regularly
- Good networking capabilities
- Willing to travel extensively
Good to have:
- Graduate or above
- Post Graduation preferred
- Build database of key contacts
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Manage category leads from qualification to closure

Education:
Graduate or above / Post Graduation preferred.
Job Descriptions:
Responsible for the Sales enrollments/Sales in the city.
Do the market race and prepare the list of prospective customers ,
Handle the Team Members and motivate them for better sales ,
Ensure the team members are in market where enrollments & usage are done regularly.
Should have good networking capabilities and be willing to travel extensively throughout their specified areas
Key Role:
Manage an assigned geographic sales area to maximize sales target and meet corporate.
Objectives Build Database of key contact persons in the assigned geography.
Build and maintain relationships with key client personnel Manage Category leads from qualification to closure
