Job Description
This role involves daily support for opinion makers like investors and designers, as well as other target groups such as contractors, especially in the segment of floor laying (industrial, decorative, or sports floors). The position requires creating and proposing technological solutions, processing cost estimates, and resolving details. It also includes maintaining and expanding the existing client network, preparing and conducting practical presentations and internal training, market monitoring, and reporting. Candidates should have a technical background, at least 5 years of experience with target groups, and strong communication and presentation skills.
Good To Have:
- Knowledge of related Sika solutions from foundation to roof (e.g., waterproofing).
Must Have:
- Provide daily support to opinion makers, investors, designers, and contractors, especially for floor laying.
- Develop and propose technological solutions, process cost estimates, and resolve details.
- Maintain and expand the existing client network.
- Prepare and conduct practical presentations for target groups and internal training.
- Monitor market and trends.
- Reporting.
- Technical background.
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with target groups.
- High degree of independence, organization, and proactivity.
- Communication and presentation skills.
- Teamwork.
- Active use of English language.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and AutoCAD.
- Category B driving license.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
- Work in office and field (50:50) across Croatia.

Main tasks:
- Daily support for "opinion makers" such as investors and designers, but also other target groups such as contractors, especially in the segment of floor laying (industrial, decorative, or sports floors)
- Knowledge of related, i.e., other Sika solutions from foundation to roof (e.g., waterproofing, etc.) is an advantage
- Preparation and proposal of technological solutions, processing of cost estimates, resolution of details
- Maintaining the existing client network as well as expanding it
- Preparation and execution of practical presentations for target groups as well as various internal trainings
- Knowledge of the market and monitoring of trends
- Reporting
