SuperGaming is seeking a Mid-Level Technical Game Designer for their Indus Team. This role involves collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to design and implement core gameplay systems, progression mechanics, and live events. The designer will own features from ideation to iteration, translate design goals into specs, and balance systems using data and player feedback. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in game design, a strong understanding of game mechanics, and experience with game engines like Unity, focusing on Battle Royale and competitive multiplayer games.
Good To Have:
  • A passion for Battle Royale & Competitive Multiplayer Games; and pushing the boundaries of gameplay.
  • Prior experience designing for Multiplayer Shooters or other Live-Ops driven games.
  • Experience balancing combat systems, character abilities, or economies.
  • Familiarity with scripting or prototyping tools.
Must Have:
  • Collaborate with senior designers and cross-disciplinary teams.

  • Stay current with trends in Battle Royale, Extraction, and multiplayer shooters.
  • Contribute to Player experience flows and economy balancing when required.
  • Ensure features align with Indus’ vision, tone, and player-first philosophy.
  • 2–4 years of professional game design experience.
  • Strong understanding of game mechanics, systems design, and player psychology.
  • Proven ability to write clear, concise, and structured design documentation.
  • Experience working with game engines (Unity preferred).
  • Analytical mindset: able to interpret metrics and feedback to iterate on designs.

  • Ensure features align with Indus’ vision, tone, and player-first philosophy.

Experience & Skills required:

  • 2–4 years of professional game design experience.
  • Strong understanding of game mechanics, systems design, and player psychology.
